Cancellation Policy
Apex Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation, airport services, courier solutions, corporate travel, research participant transportation, and personal care services.Booking and ConfirmationReservations require valid contact and payment information. Book via online portal, mobile app, phone, or in-person. Confirmation includes booking number, date/time, locations, service type, and fare. Booking confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions.Notice RequirementsAirport/point-to-point: one hour minimum. Medical transport: 24 hours. Corporate/research: 48 hours. Same-day courier: two hours. Rush bookings incur 25-50% surcharges.Cancellation and Refunds48+ hours before: full refund, no fee. 24-48 hours: 25% cancellation fee. 1-24 hours: 50% fee. Within one hour or no-show: 100% charge plus $15-75 no-show fee. Refunds process within 10 business days.Payment and SecurityApex accepts credit cards, debit, digital payments, ACH, and corporate billing. All transactions use SSL/TLS encryption. Full payment required at booking. Security deposits ($100-500 courier; $500-2,500 corporate) refund upon account closure with no outstanding charges.ModificationsChanges 24+ hours before: no charge. Changes 1-24 hours: $10-25 fee. Passenger increases may require vehicle upgrades. Downgrades receive refunds within seven days.AccessibilityWheelchair lifts, mobility device storage, and accessibility accommodations provided at no charge. Medical transport requires appointment and medical information. Courier services with hazardous or high-value items require documentation and signatures. Research transport requires protocol compliance.No-Show PolicyFailure to appear without cancellation results in full charge plus no-show fees. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in driver departure. Waiting beyond 15 minutes: $0.50-1.50 per minute.Data PrivacyPersonal and payment data protected through encryption and access controls.
